Villa Teana - Jimbaran

Villa Teana is perfectly situated on the southern part of Bali, very close to the famous GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) cultural park. Only 15 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai international airport, 20 minutes to Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa harbor while the appealing Seminyak, famous for its boutiques, International-acclaimed restaurants and nightlife entertainment is accessible within 30 minutes drive.

This elegant and luxurious private owned villa provides all the comforts and glamour of modern tropical living while preserving a distinctive Balinese charm in an exotic atmosphere.

Villa Teana is comprised of four bedrooms is designed by Ross J M Peat of Seriously Designed Architect – Australia. Each bedroom featured air-conditioning, king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, bathtub at master bedroom, walking shower and dressing rooms. The outdoor area features 16x3 meters swimming pool with large pool deck, 4 sun chairs with 2 pool deck umbrellas. There is also a bale or relaxing area with green trees as a back drop. Neat tropical gardens on every corner adds sophisticating atmosphere of the property.

One Villa Manager
Our Manager meets and greets all guests upon arrival and leads the team to satisfy and exceed the expectations of each guest.
Three Villa Attendants
The villa attendants work in shifts to attend to all housekeeping and laundry services. They also work cooperatively with the on-call chef and butler to serve guests of the villa. The attendants perform the daily offerings throughout the villa in keeping with Balinese Hindu tradition.
Chef and Cook
Villa Teana is proud to have an excellent chef trained in local & international cuisine who works with a capable assistant cook. The chef takes personal responsibility for market shopping to ensure the freshest and best quality produce, seafood and meats. This service is available upon request with additional cost at guest's account.
Gardener & Pool Attendant
The friendly gardener works discreetly to maintain the beautiful gardens and to maintain and test the pool daily without disturbing the guests. The villa is also regularly maintained by professional fogging and termite system controller.
Pool Fence
We can also arrange pool fence for the guest who has small children to keep them safe and secure and this available upon request with additional cost at guest's account.
Two Security Guards
The security guards are hired from the local village to ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises.
Baby-Sitter
Baby sitter service including baby cots, high chair, toddler car seat and child booster seat are available upon request with additional cost at guest's account.
Spa and Massage
Spa and massage services are available upon request with additional cost at guest's account.
Car with Driver and Tour Services
We can help arrange and coordinate your needs to enjoy the trip of exploring Bali with car and English speaking driver. These services are available upon request with additional cost at guest's account.

Check In and Check Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: after or by 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: before or by 12:00 PM (noon)

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Accommodation rates is per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival.
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement.
• Daily Continental breakfast, max. 2 breakfast per room.
• FREE usage Wi-Fi Internet access from the villa – guest's personal laptop is required.
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground and pool maintenance.
