THE VILLA
Umah Pesisi was designed in modern contemporary and owned by one of the well-known architect in Bali. The villa has a two-storey pavilion housing the master bedroom upstairs whilst the living, dining and kitchen area is in the ground floor. On the left side of the main pavilion is the two guest bedrooms which both overlooks the swimming pool.
The master bedroom is spacious, has two large glass sliding doors for fresh air circulation furnished with king-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, flat screen TV with satellite channels, black-out curtain for privacy and a choice of air-conditioning or overhead fan. Its en-suite bathroom is cool, accessed via a large glass sliding door you'll find a rain shower on the right side, square-shaped bathtub on the left and in the middle is a dressing area with wash basin and large dressing mirror.
The two air-conditioned guest bedrooms are close by, each furnished with king-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, black-out curtain and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, dressing area with wash basin and large dressing mirror.
The villa has a spacious open-style living space. The formal seating area is completed with a large flat screen TV with satellite channels and sound system. On the other side is a 8 seating dining table and a full equipped service kitchen.
In outdoor area there's a large swimming pool surrounded by wooden deck and a tropical garden. There are 2 sun loungers for you to relax, reading a book or enjoy the sunbath.
To have a total relaxation Umah Pesisi can comfortably host up to three couples, family or a group of friends staying together.
LOCATION
Umah Pesisi is located in quiet heart of Canggu named Seseh village, surrounded by stunning surf breaks and seas of rice fields. Only 40 minutes drive from Bali's international airport, 30 minutes to central Seminyak and 20 minutes to the Pan Pacific Nirwana Golf and Spa Resort which offer one of the most spectacular 18-holes golf courses designed by Greg Norman.
With one of the best surfing locations, Seseh is untouched and offers some of Bali's best luxury private villas. Umah Pesisi is pass through the local villages and experience Bali and it's vibrant culture.

Meals
There is a fully equipped kitchen and housekeeper available in the villa to serve and cook basic meals, drinks and snacks. Should you require the services of a chef, this can be arranged with our villa manager at additional charge. Each day, the villa staff would be happy to go through the menu suggestions with you to assist you with making selections. Once you have selected your meals and provided the manager with a Rupiah advance, they will shop locally for supplies each day. To assist the villa staff with their preparation, they will ask for your menu one day in advance.
Car Hire
Our villa manager can arrange your own private air-conditioned car and driver for up to 8 hours per day at a pre-booked rate of US$ 55.00 Net.
Babysitting
We can arrange babysitters, baby cot and toddler's high chair to villa guests at very reasonable rates.
Pool Fence
Pool fence for your toddler safety can be arranged upon request.
Spa Treatment
Our villa manager can arrange spa treatments, manicures, pedicures and massages in the comfort of the villa at very reasonable rates. There is also a great little spa for manicures and pedicures in Echo Beach, 2 km away.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
- Villa Umah Pesisi is located in the tropical island and having tropical garden. The presence of small lizard (cicak) and gecko (tokek) are common thing and they are not dangerous. If the guest do not feel comfortable with their presence please call the staff to take them away.
- As the villa having tropical garden including it surrounding, fogging is done periodically to repel the mosquitoes presence.
