Villa Kim and Jayana is a group of
three units of Seminyak private villas, consists of two,
three and four bedroom villa. Each villa has its own private
entrance gate and garage space, a beautiful private swimming
pool, neat tropical garden, en-suite bathrooms, a fully
equipped kitchen and a spacious living area.
The two bedroom and three
bedroom of Villa Jayana are close to each other and from these both
villa, it's just a few minutes walk to the four bedroom Villa
Kim. In addition, we have added one 3 bedrooms Villa Merry
which is located only a few steps from Villa Jayana.

Four bedroom Villa Kim is exclusively designed featuring
two storey air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Located in the area of Seminyak where fine dining
restaurants and shopping stores are just minutes drive away.

king-size beds and the other two comes with twin beds. The
villa has it's own swimming pool with pool deck that can be
used as an outdoor dining, neat tropical garden and spacious
